We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No Call/No Show or Same-Day Cancellations If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment without contacting us, you will be charged 15% of your scheduled service total.
